Gourmet Cookie Dough

Handling:
Store dough frozen at 0 degrees F until two days before use. Thaw under refrigeration at 34-38 degrees F.

Shelf Life:
21 days refrigerated 6 months frozen

To Bake:
Place parchment paper on baking sheet. Scoop out desired number of cookies. Bake at 350 degrees. Re-seal container and return to refrigerator.
